SIPANDU
SIPANDU is the data platform for the posyandu network of East Lampung Regency, launched in May 2026. Cadres enter what a visit produces once, and the regency reads child health, family planning, social assistance, school aid and stunting figures off that same record. It is in trial use and cadre training across the districts now, with 1,432 children measured for stunting so far.

A single posyandu session produces numbers for several programmes at once — a weighing, a family planning note, a school aid eligibility check, a stunting measurement — and each of them had its own book. Cadres copied the same child into several ledgers by hand, and the regency saw only totals, weeks later, with no way to trace a figure back to the child it came from. Working out which children were stunted, and where, meant collecting data that had already been written down.
SIPANDU gives every posyandu one form per visit, tied to the child and the family rather than to the programme, so a single entry feeds health, family planning, social assistance, school aid and stunting reporting at the same time. Every figure stays traceable to the record it came from, and the regency can read the numbers by posyandu and by village instead of waiting for a recap to be typed up. The rollout is deliberately slow — trial use running alongside cadre training — so that what enters the system is data the cadres have been shown how to enter and trust; 1,432 children have been measured for stunting so far.
