Si Lamtim Berjaya
Si Lamtim Berjaya is a flagship regional administration ecosystem created for the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) of East Lampung Regency. It bridges the gap between the government and the community by moving paperwork into the cloud.
Project Information
The Challenge
East Lampung Regency is geographically vast. Previously, citizens from remote sub-districts had to travel for hours to reach the central office in Sukadana just to register births, file for ID cards, or update family certificates. Long waiting queues, paper archiving errors, and lack of status updates frustrated both the public and verification officers.
Our Solution
We built a secure, centralized web portal and companion mobile application. It features automated document verification flows, OCR scan assistance, real-time push notification updates, and secure PDF generation with dynamic QR codes recognized by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Administrative officers now verify and sign certificates digitally, dropping the processing times from days to hours.
