The existing travel insurance sign-up flow was tedious, requiring forms with dozens of inputs and static PDF tables that users had to calculate themselves. This led to high drop-off rates on mobile viewports.
We rebuilt the sign-up as an interactive, multi-step form that calculates a custom policy cost in under three clicks. Guided questions and live price estimation replaced the static PDF tables, cutting friction and driving direct conversions.
